ELLICOTT CITY, Md. – Howard County police are searching for a Beltsville man accused of shooting his estranged girlfriend and another man at an Ellicott City nail salon.
Thirty-five-year-old Tuan Minh Pham has been charged in a warrant with multiple counts of attempted murder, assault and gun offenses.
Police say the female victim, 34-year-old Lan Phan of Silver Spring, had an active protective order against Pham.
Police say Pham arrived at the Nail and Hair Care Spa Saturday evening and got into a fight with 40-year-old Phuong Thanh Do, a friend of Phan's from Florida. Police say Pham shot Do and chased him into the salon, where he then shot Phan before fleeting.
Police say Do and Phan remained in critical condition Sunday.
